Job Title : Machining Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machining Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and test CNC programs for various machines.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
  • Maintain documentation and program archives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Machining Engineer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
