Job Title: Enterprise Identity Architect

This is a key role that oversees the design and implementation of large-scale identity governance programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions, as well as experience working with various stakeholders to capture business requirements.

  1. Develop comprehensive technical designs and solutions to meet business objectives.
  2. Present solution designs for approval and ensure consistent implementation.
  3. Establish best practices and standards for solution design.
  4. Integrate SailPoint with core systems, including HR Systems, ServiceNow, Active Directory, RACF, PAM, and other applications.
  5. Deliver IAG processes, including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers (JML), Access Request, Segregation of Duties, RBAC.
  6. Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, and data models on SailPoint.
  7. Provide technical training designed to enable BAU teams and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex identity and access governance programs independently.
  2. Excellent communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  3. Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, DORA, FRA, GDPR etc.) and their impact on IGA systems.
  4. Experience integrating IAG solutions with Mainframe platforms (including RACF, ACF2 etc).
  5. Experience integrating IGA solutions with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  6. Experience integrating IGA solutions with secrets management/vault technology such as HashCorp vault.
  7. Experience integrating IGA with PAM solutions such CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea etc).
  8. Programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  9. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
