ESG Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG reporting specialist to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product.

The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research & framework analysis to identify trends and best practices in ESG reporting.
  • Map ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Track regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting.
  • Support data collection and reporting processes.
  • Develop GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
  • Prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools.
