Job Summary:

We seek an experienced professional to train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over the subjects mentioned above and be able to deliver engaging sessions.

The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to assess students' performance.
  • Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Monitor students' progress through regular assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Mathematics, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make training sessions engaging.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
