Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic planning processes including demand forecasting, supply chain management, and distribution logistics.
  • Collaborate with channel and category teams to gather forecasts for upcoming quarters.
  • Plan inventory levels at warehouses based on data-driven forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Work closely with packaging teams to plan and procure materials.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage complex analytical tasks related to planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Experience in supply chain management, distribution planning, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in related roles.
