Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Join our organization and take on a leadership role that drives strategic recruitment plans, leading to successful hiring projects. In this position, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial planning to final placement.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that meet or exceed client requirements in terms of quality and speed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of recruiters and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of hiring projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to continuously improve processes.
  • Recruit and manage a team of recruiters who can work independently while also providing mentorship, performance tracking, and development support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients across various industries, including permanent, contract, and executive search roles.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, candidate pipelines, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment).
  • Proven ability to handle delivery and recruitment independently, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong client management and stakeholder handling capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects effectively.
