Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist with expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC configurations to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and design custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and systems.
  • Perform system administration tasks and regular platform maintenance.
  • Design and deliver training programs for end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, audit, ITSM, and compliance teams.
