Key Responsibilities :- Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules, including :- Policy and Compliance Management- Risk Management- Audit Management- Vendor Risk Management- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow GRC configurations.- Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts as needed.- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and systems.- Perform system administration tasks and regular platform maintenance.- Create detailed documentation including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.- Provide end-user training and support during and after deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, audit, ITSM, and compliance teams.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 1 years focused on GRC modules.- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).- Experience in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and reporting.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- ServiceNow GRC certification is a strong plus.
