Job Title: Vice President, Marketing Operations

This role is responsible for optimizing MarTech infrastructure, driving demand generation, and enhancing marketing performance through automation, analytics, and strategic execution.

About the Role:

  • Optimize marketing operations across CRM, automation, and revenue enablement.
  • Lead B2B & B2G demand generation strategies to fuel pipeline growth and accelerate revenue.
  • Drive ABM execution with personalized, data-driven engagement for enterprise accounts.
  • Implement advanced marketing analytics using Power BI, Tableau & predictive insights.
  • Build & mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership - Align marketing, sales, and revenue operations to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Operations & Revenue Enablement - Optimize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), lead scoring & MarTech integrations.
  • Demand Generation & ABM Execution - Oversee multi-channel B2B & B2G campaigns across digital, email, events & paid media.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Measurement - Develop dashboards & KPIs to track marketing ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency - Implement automation & workflow improvements to enhance execution speed and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Mentor and grow a high-impact marketing operations & ABM team.
