Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer

About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Java Production Support Engineer to fill a critical position in our team.

  • Use your technical expertise to solve complex customer/field technical escalations from our Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team about ongoing escalations and their statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve high-priority customer issues using analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Develop tools and techniques to aid Root Cause Analysis.
  • Reduce time-to-resolve product issues by fixing them after RCA.
  • Provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer handling complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Java technologies, including Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and attention to detail while performing tasks.
