Lead Avionics Test Solution Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Lead Avionics Test Solution Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge test solutions for avionics simulation benches.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test solution development, with a strong background in avionics engineering and software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end test solutions for avionics simulation benches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to design, develop, and deploy test solutions.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in avionics engineering and test solution development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of C/C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Familiarity with avionics-specific communication protocols (e.g. RS422, A429, CAN bus).
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
