Integration Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned integration project manager to oversee the seamless integration of our wealth management platform with external systems and services.

This critical leadership role ensures our core platform integrates securely and performs optimally. As the bridge between product, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders, you'll drive successful integration delivery using APIs, message queues, and file-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations.
  • Coordinate middleware service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Track and manage integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Document integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.
  • Provide visibility on risks, blockers, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
  • Mandatory: Experience in the wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
  • Exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
