Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Executive based in Delhi, India. The position involves GST compliance and export operations.

  • Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely submissions.
  • Handle GST audits and stay updated with changes in GST laws.
  • Prepare and maintain export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Manage foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensure compliance with FOREX regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts related to export sales and provide accurate reports to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software (experience with other ERP systems is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in the automotive or export industry will be an added advantage.
