Public Image ManagerFashion Entrepreneur Fund is seeking a seasoned Publicist to work closely with its dynamic Founder, Sanjay Nigam.

A key role in shaping and amplifying the public image of a visionary leader across media, industry events, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a personalized media strategy to elevate the Founder's profile across fashion, business, and cultural platforms.
  • Pitch and secure features, interviews, op-eds, and speaking engagements at high-profile events, conferences, and panels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business media contacts.
  • Draft and manage all press materials, bios, Q&As, and talking points.
  • Strategically position the Founder as a thought leader and advocate for fashion entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Oversee reputation management and media training as needed.
  • Monitor media trends and coverage to identify timely opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, comms, and brand teams to align messaging and ensure consistency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in PR, communications, or media with proven experience representing founders, creative leaders, or high-profile individuals.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion landscape, including media, influencers, and cultural trends.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and pitching skills.
  • Strong network of media contacts in fashion, business, and lifestyle press.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Bonus: Experience with social media strategy and digital presence management.
