Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering outstanding user experiences across our digital platforms, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

A portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles is required. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support
Requirements:
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an Agile development process
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization
