UI UX Design Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team as a key player in driving user-centered design solutions that empower users and create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff, maintaining a consistent vision across products.
  • Create and maintain a robust design system to guarantee consistency and efficiency.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles for cross-platform experiences, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, showcasing expertise in design thinking and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar, with hands-on experience in prototyping and design systems.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and human-computer interaction.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions, adding depth and nuance to designs.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, and storytelling through design, enabling designers to craft compelling narratives.
  • Background in designing for global or diverse audiences, fostering cultural sensitivity and awareness.
