Job Overview

As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, designing, and implementing automation solutions to support various applications. You will lead teams to develop and optimize current automated testing processes, tools, and frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test automation strategies, roadmaps, and toolsets across project teams.
  • Lead teams in the design and implementation of end-to-end QA processes, including requirement analysis, test strategy/design, and test reporting.
  • Mentor and guide team members on technical know-how and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/JavaScript programming languages, Java collection frameworks, and QA automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud tech, preferably AWS, and experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab/Jenkins.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and possess sound knowledge of methodologies like BDD, DevOps, and Agile.
