Project Coordinator Role

  • Job Summary:

This role focuses on providing support to project teams by coordinating various activities such as tracking, collecting, and publishing service delivery SLAs. The successful candidate will be responsible for document management, planning, and project-level critical data tracking for team members and project status reporting.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Project Coordinator is accountable for coordinating data collection from the team, consolidating data, and providing summary reports for stakeholders without compromising accuracy.
  • This position involves collecting information from various tools to update project records, project plans, and maintain document control for the program.
  • The Project Coordinator will track competency development of the team, analyze risks, and maintain the risk log, as well as the project change management process.
  • A key aspect of this role is publishing reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • The Project Coordinator organizes meetings and tracks action items to closure.
  • Rotational shifts may be required.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably in Engineering).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA and formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
