Job Title: Salesforce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery while managing resources and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with Salesforce trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Project Manager).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Background in CRM strategy and customer engagement.
