Regulatory Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Oversight Specialist to join our dynamic global team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on regulatory examinations, oversee and manage regulatory issues, and lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations (logging info requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
