Regulatory Compliance Manager

This role involves overseeing the effective communication between departments and maintaining a thorough understanding of local authorities and government regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies accordingly.
  • Promote transparency by preparing and submitting compliance documentation and reports to relevant authorities as required.
Liaison and Communication:
  • Foster strong relationships between manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate compliance requirements effectively to all departments.
Audit and Inspection Coordination:
  • Coordinate and prepare for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Develop corrective action plans based on audit findings and inspection reports.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Prepare regular compliance status reports for management.
Process Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the production team to implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements to maintain plant compliance.
