Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Order to Cash expert, you will play a key role in leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading assessments, designs, implementations, and deployments of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
  • Partnering with clients' business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
  • Architecting solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities to address business requirements and pain points.
  • Ensuring high-quality documentation of functional and technical solution designs for review and approval.
  • Leading hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AR, GL, CM, RM) and collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure configurations align with business requirements.
  • Developing custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Managing and driving continuous development of industry-specific accelerators for faster delivery.
  • Collaborating with the team to upskill them in becoming a leading Financial Transformation team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, including OM, AR, RM).
  • A strong background in O2C (Order to Cash) tracks, involving modules GL, AR, RM, and Cash Management.
  • Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, CM, GL) Certified Professional (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with handling UAT cycles, user training, and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with different test teams to execute test cycles.
  • Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
