Job Description:

As a Technology Transformation Leader, you will champion strategic initiatives that drive impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.

Key responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex projects, leading cross-functional collaboration to address challenges, and leveraging customer insights to refine strategies.

You will cultivate relationships to identify opportunities for innovation, direct and mentor teams, guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys, and communicate clear impact analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver transformative initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive project success
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives
