About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled executive leader to spearhead AI transformation efforts across various sectors. As an Associate Principal – Consulting, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving financial performance through strategic AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to articulate AI-driven value propositions.
  • Create multi-year AI transformation programs with clear EBITDA impact, including business case development and ROI modeling.
  • Drive account expansion by originating large-scale AI-led transformation deals, leveraging deep expertise in AI/ML lifecycle and Generative AI.
Ai Strategy & Roadmap Design:
  • Lead AI maturity assessments, opportunity mapping, and prioritization workshops to link AI initiatives to P&L levers.
  • Define enterprise AI strategies across Traditional AI/ML, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Create build vs. buy AI roadmaps leveraging our partner ecosystem.
Solution Oversight & Execution:
  • Oversee design and delivery of AI solutions that directly improve margins and unlock growth.
  • Ensure AI is embedded into operating models, processes, and tech stacks to sustain financial impact.
  • Govern delivery to ensure programs move from PoC to scaled financial results.
Practice Development & Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and refine AI consulting IP — frameworks, financial impact models, and accelerators.
  • Represent us in client forums, analyst briefings, and industry events as a trusted voice on AI's role in value creation.
  • Mentor consulting talent to think in terms of financial levers, not just technology adoption.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 10–18 years in top-tier management consulting or equivalent transformation leadership.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale ($5M–$20M) AI/digital transformation engagements with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Expertise in linking operational changes and AI initiatives to financial metrics valued by boards and investors.
