Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate entities, banks, distributors, and agents in the region. This involves fostering growth in business through consultative engagement with key stakeholders, including finance/treasury heads and CEOs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing RMs/Sales people in banks within the region who specialize in mutual funds.

Maintaining sales targets, analyzing market trends, and generating increasing sales are essential aspects of this role.

Additionally, the selected individual will be expected to develop an agents/distributors network, selecting and motivating them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate entities, banks, distributors, and agents
  • Foster growth in business through consultative engagement
  • Prospect, sell, and manage RMs/Sales people in banks
