We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Application Lifecycle Manager to manage the full defect lifecycle from identification to resolution across multiple QA and development streams.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in defect triage, test reporting, and agile release management with a proactive approach to communication and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle from identification to resolution across multiple QA and development streams">
  • Facilitate daily/weekly defect triage meetings with stakeholders and track resolution ownership">
  • Ensure timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective/preventive actions">
  • Maintain a centralized defect repository with up-to-date resolution notes and traceability">
  • Coordinate and plan releases across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with DevOps and Support teams">
  • Create and share defect and release reports (daily, sprint-based, and ad hoc)">
  • Provide actionable insights into defect trends and release performance using KPIs and quality metrics">
