Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Financial Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.

You will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, lead solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Lead solutioning sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for users.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and meet client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
