We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our India Business Team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels, including diversity hiring initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interviewing and assessment skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will have a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment process management and sourcing channels for various levels of hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.">
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize performance.">
  • Builidng strong network and database of sources for hiring at leadership, lateral, and bulk hiring levels.">
  • Recruit candidates within budget and timelines while ensuring high-quality hires.">
  • Work closely with site managers or functional HODs to identify staffing needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.">
  • Lead manpower mobilization for new site or city launches in India.">
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to achieve recruitment goals.">
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless transitions.">
  • Partner with the management and HR team for various reporting requirements.">
  • Oversee HR business projects and contribute to process optimization efforts.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Prior experience in corporate hiring, preferably in facility management and retail industries.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate hiring, with a total of 11-13 years of experience in hiring and end-to-end recruitment process management.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (and Hindi) and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.">
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Ability to travel within city/ across India for site mobilization and field sourcing of staff.">
  • Must display high-level work ethics and integrity.">
