About the Role:

This role will lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our business goals.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and product domains.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Ensure release readiness by working across teams to support product launches.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering and product teams.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space.
  • Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
