Job Title: EH&S Specialist
About the Role:The EH&S Specialist will serve as a key liaison between the EH&S business function and IT teams. This role involves managing EH&S-related IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution of business requirements into IT solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Business Analysis: Perform in-depth business analysis to translate EH&S business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions.
- Service Management: Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, guaranteeing stability, compliance, and usability.
- Incident and Request Management: Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
- Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience in managing end-to-end IT project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
- ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
