Job Title: Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping a successful and rapidly growing venture fund in India.

Job Description:

The Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for leading compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars. The role involves coordinating with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely reporting and managing investor queries on regular basis related to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with incubators, accelerators, Angel Networks, Micro VC etc, running outreach programs, Meeting, Evaluating, Coaching, Mentoring, and developing founders and supporting startups eco-system.
  • Representing senior management and driving the organizational culture and values among the employee base.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum least 5 years in related activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management.
  • Knowledge of Finance / Accounting would be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
