Job Title: AI/ML Engineering Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning systems, working closely with diverse technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, build, and deployment of machine learning models and end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Python code for developing robust machine learning systems.
  • Work proficiently with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and retrieve data effectively.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • A deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
