International Retention Specialist

Job Description
As an International Retention Specialist at Hexaware Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
About You
- You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You possess a minimum qualification of HSC Graduate (Higher Secondary pass preferred).
- You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international tele-calling or voice processes.
- You are able to work in a 24/7 shift environment with 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention goals are met.
