Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Enthusiast who is eager to learn about retention tools and strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Aligning and Managing Campaigns on Clevertap to drive retention.

Reporting and Data presentation of the Campaign performance.

Utilizing Mixpanel to create an end-to-end data story for the campaigns implemented.

Conceptualize and set up automated journey-based campaigns while ensuring ideal frequency to the customer.

Analyse data in order to understand key pain points, effective communication, ideal conversion times, etc.

Work closely with the creative team to define Email/WhatsApp templates for campaigns.

Work with Product, Tech, and Marketing functions to ensure improvement in user journeys and experience along with reducing pain points in the funnel.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate.

Understanding of Campaign alignment and Management

Understanding of marketing reporting, funnels etc.

Experience in, Clevertap, Moengage, Mixpanel, Metabase, PowerBi, Tableau, GA.
