Lead Backend Developer for Stablecoin Stack

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a cutting-edge project and lead the backend development of a stablecoin stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for web and mobile applications in the stablecoin stack
  • Develop scalable infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations
  • Define architecture, lead technical discussions, and ensure system robustness
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance
  • Establish engineering best practices and delivery timelines

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments (strongly preferred)
  • Track record of integrating external APIs across geographies
  • Leadership experience in scaling early-stage, ambiguous systems
  • Startup DNA: takes ownership, ships fast, thrives amid ambiguity
