To succeed in this role, you'll need strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript; proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL with proven query optimization skills; practical expertise with Redis for caching, messaging, and WebSocket-based communication; and a solid understanding of scalable system design, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures.
