Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned backend engineer with a strong passion for building high-performance services. They will have extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot, as well as a solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components.

Your Responsibilities
- Own technical execution for backend modules and lead delivery across the team
- Enhance and evolve existing backend systems with scalable architecture patterns and thoughtful refactoring
- Architect high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot, built for scale and uptime
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning
