
Senior Online Advertising Revenue Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing publisher profit/loss, ensuring ad requests and inventory settings are optimal, providing recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs, and working with SSPs to get sites whitelisted for programmatic monetization.
You will also monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product, optimize revenue streams, proficiently use DFP and SSP system settings for optimal yield setup, provide weekly publisher KPIs, SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing, create deals and optimize them for best performance, and analyze publisher and SSP data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor.
About You- We seek an individual who can demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently, superior critical thinking skills with business acumen, flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, and the ability to deliver results utilizing available resources.
- A grasp of finance and online advertising industry knowledge is required, as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence (MBA or Masters a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, including traffic analyst, account management, yield management, campaign management, publisher operations, ad operations, or data analytics is necessary.
- Experience with DFP ad server and SSP UI/applications (e.g., Index, OpenX, Appnexus), header Bidding ad tech, team management, relationship management, and BI tools (SQL, Visual Tool) is a plus.
- Publisher Management: Proficient in managing publisher profit/loss.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Q/A: Skilled in ensuring ad requests and inventory settings are optimal.
