About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance expert to join our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Case Development: Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to guarantee software quality and reliability.
  • Automation Frameworks: Utilize Selenium and other automation tools to create robust test frameworks that ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
  • Testing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies based on software requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of all aspects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of certifications like ISTQB or equivalent.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools like Git, and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
