Experience Design Lead

As a seasoned Experience Design professional, you will spearhead the development of exceptional user experiences for our esteemed clients. Your collaborative approach will enable you to empathize with diverse stakeholders and craft innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying customer requirements and creating bespoke UX strategies.
  • Apply Lean UX methodologies and design processes to drive meaningful contributions.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create visually appealing and effective user interfaces.
  • Maintain proficiency in UX design principles, Interaction Design, and Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Present designs to stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication skills.

Additionally, this role demands hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
