Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and the ability to design, configure, and optimize order management processes in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage subscription services and warranty setups.
  • Support product lifecycle management through effective installed base setup and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Define, configure, and optimize orchestration flows to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Fusion SCM / Cloud SCM functional setups.
  • Expertise in Order Management and RMA-related configurations.
  • Proven ability in defining and optimizing orchestration flows.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations and business requirement mapping.
  • Experience with subscription management and warranty configurations.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to planning modules within Fusion SCM.
  • SaaS SCM implementation experience in multiple industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud SCM certifications will be an added advantage.
