Senior Supply Chain Consultant

As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the areas of supply chain optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of supply chain management considering our governance model.
  • Strengthen the SAP SCM team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
  • Provide consulting and support for our Business Process Owner in the SCM area (SAP-PP/MM/MDM) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture.
  • Carry out the customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests. The creation of IT concepts as input for our development team is also part of your task.
  • Advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
  • Work closely with our internal colleagues in an international environment.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in computer science/IT from reputed College or University
  • Masters in business administration will be added advantage
  • Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP production & logistics environment, with a focus on SCM area.
  • Experience in S/4 appreciated
  • In-depth SAP knowledge in the area of production / production planning, cross-module integration knowledge in the area of logistics (WM), as well as the underlying master data.
  • Practical experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Several years of work experience outside of India for international companies.
  • Experience in introducing new processes or systems.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with assertiveness.
  • Customer and service orientation, coupled with diplomatic skills.
  • Confident demeanor, independent way of working and strong communication skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile. Knowledge in German would be a benefit.
