About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Web Design and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages on our HubSpot platform.

Your primary focus will be on designing and developing responsive, interactive, and engaging web experiences that meet our marketing and sales objectives.

You will play a crucial role in leveraging HubSpot's features and capabilities to enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and development: Create custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot using HTML, CSS, and HubL.
  • Content strategy: Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.
  • SEO optimization: Optimize HubSpot and website pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
  • A/B testing: Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  • Asset management: Manage the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in HubSpot (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • HubSpot CMS expertise: Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Web design tools: Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • SEO knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
  • Collaboration skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
