Web Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to fill a key role in our design department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, creating visual elements that align with the overall branding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and responsive web design is required.
    • Experience with WordPress and implementing HTML designs using the latest standards is essential.
  • Design Process:
    • Creation of wireframes, user flows, process flows, storyboards, and site maps is crucial.
    • Development of new interfaces for users requires excellent design skills.
    • Active participation in UI/UX meetings to provide expertise and initial mockup sketches is necessary.
  • Deliverables:
    • A style guide that dictates the colors, fonts, and design patterns used in the web app must be created.
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction are required.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively is essential.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is necessary.
    • A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines are critical.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in web design is required.
