Programmatic Advertising Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programmatic Advertising Professional to join our team. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute campaigns across mobile UA channels, programmatic solutions, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic advertising (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
