Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB and Spring Boot API development, experience working on OSS 2 and Apigee platforms hosted on AWS.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing RESTful APIs using the Spring Boot framework
  • Managing MongoDB databases to ensure high performance and scalability
  • Working with OSS 2 and Apigee platforms to build and manage API gateways and integrations
  • Deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing backend services for performance and reliability

We require the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience with MongoDB database design and management
  • Proficient in developing APIs using the Spring Boot framework
  • Hands-on experience with OSS 2 platform
  • Experience working with Apigee API management platform
  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices in API development

Preferred qualifications include experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, and knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
