About the Job

This is a leadership role that oversees all aspects of visual identity, including design direction, campaign visuals, and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.

The successful candidate will be able to lead, mentor, and inspire a design team in a fast-paced environment, while staying ahead of design, fashion, and digital trends.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • AI & Innovation Integration: Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and creative experimentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, and Product teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of design, fashion, and digital trends, infusing fresh ideas into all creative output.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital aesthetics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a design team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly, integrate feedback, and embrace innovation and new technologies.
