Job Description

The role of a Specialist Business Analyst in the field of Conversational AI requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals.

You will become a domain authority in Conversational AI technology capabilities by researching, deploying, and sustaining features built according to industry standards. This includes defining business processes and product needs through voice of the customer assessments, working with Product Managers and customers to scope and value new developments, and collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog.

Your responsibilities will also include facilitating the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories, participating in backlog reviews with the development team, and clearly expressing features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and partners understand how they fit into the product backlog.

In addition, you will ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined, work closely with UX to align technical requirements, scenarios, and business process maps with User Experience designs, develop and implement effective product demonstrations for internal and external partners, and maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.

  • Mastery of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
  • Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex challenges in AI-driven technologies
