We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation at our organization.
This results-driven individual will play a critical role in creating and nurturing sales opportunities through proactive outreach and effective business development strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
- Utilize CRM platforms to manage client interactions and track performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for growth expansion.
- Develop sales strategies that incorporate industry analysis, lead sources, lead qualification criteria, and decision maker identification.
- Work closely with Marketing, Client Development, and Operations teams to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and identify new opportunities.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the BPO landscape, ensuring that our organization continues to lead the industry in innovation and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience with BANT qualification, lead scoring systems, and nurturing campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- Proficient in networking to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working as part of a team but also able to operate independently and make critical decisions.
