Senior AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team of experts at QX Labs. Our team is dedicated to building cutting-edge workflow and data automation products for enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong software background and experience in AI/ML development, with a passion for applied AI and ML. You will be involved in building out our core products and developing new AI-powered tools and capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with our founder on the technical development of our platform, designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust, scalable full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, and modern AI technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our founder on product engineering, architecture, and execution
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, and modern AI technologies
  • Architecting and implementing solutions leveraging LLMs and their surrounding ecosystem
  • Actively researching, experimenting with, and integrating the latest AI advancements into our products
  • Contributing to building the foundations of our engineering practices and infrastructure
  • Implementing strong testing and CI/CD practices
  • Helping shape the future product direction of our organization

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development
  • Strong technical foundation in Python and experience with modern web frameworks
  • Frontend expertise with JavaScript frameworks, particularly with React and Next.js
  • Ai enthusiast & practitioner, comfortable working with LLMs and related tools
  • Ai ecosystem awareness - you have a genuine passion for applied AI and ML, actively follow the latest research, models, and tools
  • Product-oriented mindset - you care about the 'why' behind what you're building and are focused on delivering user value
  • Able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a small, tight-knit team
